The Crestfield and Fenwood Difference

• Our 3,500 square foot fully equipped rehabilitation unit has a very unique completely functioning therapy house.  “18 Homeward Way” is what we call our therapy house that includes a working kitchen, living room, and bedroom.  It is used with our “Learning Lav”, a complete handicapped accessible bathroom with an operational non institutional tub and shower.
• The staff longevity demonstrates their devotion to care and compassion. 
• Our therapeutic recreation staff provides numerous daily activities to help stimulate residents both mentally and physically.
