Crestfield Rehabilitation Center and Fenwood Manor are both situated on a 16 acre campus with spacious beautiful grounds. The center features a lovely country setting with walking paths and picnic areas. It is centrally located only minutes away from Interstate 84. Visiting hours are unlimited and we have ample parking.

“Where short term rehabilitation is our specialty”. We provide excellent nursing and rehabilitation services with a strong commitment to customer service. On site preadmission assessments are available to facilitate a smooth transition from the hospital or home to our center. We provide cable T.V. and phone free of charge on our rehabilitation unit.
Our 3,500 square foot fully equipped rehabilitation unit has a very unique completely functioning therapy house. “18 Homeward Way” is what we call our therapy house that includes a working kitchen, living room, and bedroom. It is used with our “Learning Lav”, a complete handicapped accessible bathroom with an operational non institutional tub and shower.

Fenwood Manor
“A Residence that “Cares” 24 hour a day availability of medical care without relinquishing independent living. Providing nursing services in an environment that has a quaint and comfortable feeling.

Rehabilitation Services – an intensive care and therapy program for people recovering after hospitalization.

Nursing Care – we provide excellent up to date clinical services.
